A new study by researchers at Brigham and Women’s Hospital shows that anxiety ages you. In this large study, researchers had obtained blood samples from over 5000 women. The women were between 42 and 69 years of age. The changes seen in women with chronic anxiety were similar to changes seen in women 6 years older than them. In other words, chronic anxiety aged these women by an additional 6 years!

It doesn’t matter how many years of your life anxiety takes from you, anxiety doesn’t have to exist in the first place! If your heart is palpitating, but your doc keeps telling you that your are fine, you have anxiety. You need to learn how to be relaxed, because when you are relaxed then your anxiety doesn’t exist!
People don’t know that anxiety is not the illness, it’s a Warning Sign from your nervous system, that you need a rest, you need to become relaxed! People work 25hrs a day, 8 days a week and don’t care about their health until anxiety show time.
Anxiety causes psychosomatic illnesses, that’s why you don’t want to joke with your anxiety!
