How To Relax And Feel Better

Do you feel not good because of too much stress?

Let me show you how you can relax and feel better. First of all stress is only YOUR own reaction to something or somebody. As soon as you accept it you will be able to control yourself in any situation. You can’t change your bad boss, can you?  You can change your MIND about your bad boss instead.

Nobody can make you feel bad  if you choose to control your mind. Make a decision to stop blaming everyone and everything for your problems. Everything in your life is a result of your choice. Of course you didn’t choose wrong things when you were a little baby.

Now let me help you relax and feel better. Please sit in a chair and close your eyes. Relax your face. Now relax your neck muscles. Make them soft and lazy. Very good! Now relax your arms and hands. The better you are relaxed the better you feel. Now relax your abdominal muscles. Make them soft and lazy. You are safe and protected. All your worries are fading away. Let them be gone for now. Very good! Now relax your legs. Your feet are getting worm. Your body is relaxed 100 percent. You feel good. Allow yourself to stop thinking now. How easy it is to have no thoughts! The better you are relaxed the better you feel. Your mind is clear and your body is relaxed. You have relaxed yourself easily and quickly. Enjoy this wonderful state of your physical and mental relaxation as long as you want!

Do you feel good now? I know you feel very relaxed! Practice this easy relaxation every day and very soon your stress will be gone forever! Just remember: the better you are relaxed the better you feel.
